- In pot, add oil and onion,saute little. -Add bay leaf,cinnamom stick,black pepper corns,cumin,cloves and black cardamom,saute mix it..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well..
- Add tomatoes and give it a good mix. Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder,mix it -Now add yogurt and mix well..
- Add potatoes (half boiled) and green peas (half boiled),mix it and add water,bring it to boil..
- Add rice (soaked for 35-45 mins),mix it and cook on high flame until water dries up. -Add green chilies,fresh coriander,whole spice powder,nutmeg & mace powder,.
- Cover and simmer for 15minutes. Now Serve with mint chutney & Salad.
