Ingredients of Pumpkin Bars
- You need 2 C. of Self rising flour.
- Prepare 4 of eggs.
- Prepare 1 C. of Oil.
- You need 2 C. of Sugar.
- Prepare 1 (29 oz) of can pumpkin solid.
- Prepare 2 tsp of cinnamon.
- Prepare of Raisins optional...waters it down in my opinion.
- Prepare 4 oz of cream cheese, softened.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla.
- Prepare 6 TBSP of butter.
- Prepare 2 C. of Powdered sugar.
- It's 1 tsp of whole milk.
Pumpkin Bars instructions
- Blend the first 7 ingredients together on medium speed in a mixer.
- Pour into greased 11×15 inch pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- While that is cooling, blend the softened butter & cream cheese together.
- Add the milk & vanilla.
- Blend that in til smooth.
- Add powdered sugar on low speed, be careful it don't blow up on you...poof! Lol.
- Now once moistened, speed it up to a medium speed until smooth..
- Spread onto pumpkin bars.
- Chill 'til serving time.
